Servatur Waikiki Hotel Playa del Ingles , Playa del Ingles (Gran Canaria)

I stayed at this hotel which is situated in a central area with 5 towers named A-E and very well kept gardens. While the rooms in the round towers were cozy and clean, I felt they lacked a fridge which would have been a nice addition. The bar staff, especially, deserve a round of applause for their exceptional service. Just a small suggestion, it would be great if the hotel offered more services like car hire and laundry. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the Yumbo centre and a shopping center. The included dining options focused mainly on meat dishes, but the quality was satisfactory. The facilities were decent overall, but I wish they had more variety to offer. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.

The staff should be congratulated for their efforts, especially the bar staff who cater to requests promptly. The central location within the well-kept gardens of the 5 towers A-E provides easy access to Playa del Ingles beach and shopping centers. The dining includes tasty salads and the all-inclusive option enhances the overall value for money.
